Because Don Diablo Beef Chips are food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

If we determine that your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, we will provide the appropriate resolution.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
